The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled as per policy, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

Cancellation Policy

In case of any circumstances where the requirement could not be met, reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. We ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Returns policy

  • Being a precious items / handicraft products there are no chances of complete mismatch in terms of size or pattern of item delivered to you. Hence we accept returns in case only if we delivered you wrong product or damaged / broken item. We do not offer any unconditional return policy. Return policy is applicable in cases mentioned here after assessment / inspection by our concerned department. You can conveniently return any item (check the return item list below) and avail refund, within 48 hours from the time of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
  • Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
  • In the case of merchandise, returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • All items purchased from can be returned for full refund within 48 hours from the time of shipment (as recorded by the shipping provider). We will inspect images of broken product, packing etc sent to us in email. Once your product return is received by us properly in time, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. The entire refund amount will be credited back into your account in the form of promo code. (OR CASH Refund)
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of self shipped returns, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in your account towards shipping costs in the form of promo code. This will be done post the quality check.
  • Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.

How to return product

Before you return an item, please contact our customer care team either by calling on ‘0000000000’ or by e-mailing at ‘’ to obtain a Reverse Pick Up (RPU) Ticket Number. Please have the below information ready before you call and mention them in your requested email –

  • Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
  • Product Name
  • Pick-Up Address
  • Image of broken item taken while opening parcel

Once you receive your RPU Ticket Number, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging, invoice & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.

  • Incorrect Delivery Information

As stated above, if you have given us incorrect delivery information, we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. You will be given the opportunity to adjust the information up to two business days before the delivery date. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you and acquire new information. We will not be liable, however, if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information, and we will not be able to issue a refund.


Undeliverable Locations

Orders to hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the receiving person.

Order Changes

To change your order, please contact Customer Service using at and also by call on customer care number. Changes can only be made within 24 hours.


  • Refused Deliveries

If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.


Credit Returns

Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your ‘ Account’ only in the form of Promo Code. For each returned item, a promo code will be issued. You may check the issued Promo Codes under ‘Promo Codes’ section by clicking on ‘My Account’ on visiting ‘www.’.
